Dispatch time

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (business days).

Shipping conditions

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Customs & duties (international orders)

We can’t guarantee whether customs taxes/duties will apply. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Dog Friendly Co. is not liable for any customs taxes or duties. 

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the order is returned to us, any return-to-sender fees may be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are not refundable. 

As a registered business, we are unable to ship international orders as a “gift” — all shipments must be declared as “merchandise”. 

Shipping Protection (claims: lost, stolen, or damaged)

If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is protected against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout. If you opted in and need assistance, you can file a claim via the claim link on our Shipping page. 

If you did not purchase Shipping Protection please contact our customer support team and we can work with the courier to investigate your issue.
